1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and utilizing the creative digital services of Anand Creation, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Proposals and Campaign Pricing

• All project proposals and quotations provided via our website or email are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are subject to change if the client requests modifications to the original project scope, features, or deadlines.
• Any third-party costs (such as stock footage licenses, premium plugin licenses, or hosting fees) are paid by the client unless explicitly bundled in writing.

3. Deliverables and Revisions

• Video Editing: Projects include up to 3 rounds of minor revisions within the original brief guidelines. Additional iterations will be billed hourly.
• Website Development: Source files and website credentials will be handed over only upon receipt of full project payment.
• SEO Campaigns: We implement organic optimizations, but specific ranking positions cannot be guaranteed due to continuous search engine algorithm changes.

4. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, standard payment terms require a 50% upfront deposit before campaign commencement, with the remaining 50% balance due upon final project delivery or website launch. For ongoing monthly video editing or SEO campaigns, invoices are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle.

5. Digital Handover

Final video renders, custom website codes, and search console integrations will be delivered digitally. Anand Creation is not responsible for hosting downtime, post-launch code modifications made by third parties, or SEO penalties resulting from external changes.

6. Warranty and Liability

We warrant that all services will be executed in a professional manner in accordance with standard industry practices. Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific project or service. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental business loss or traffic drop.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ludhiana, Punjab.
